This is a cute pet costume, not the highest quality. I read all the reviews that said it was too big for their cat even in the smallest size. My cat is average sized or smaller, weighs less than 10 pounds and the xs is too small. It's too tight on his neck and barely closes. I purchased this for my pharmacist son's cat so they can take graduation pictures together, however his cat is slightly larger than mine so I don't think it's going to fit at all.

This is one of the cutest cat costumes we have ever purchased (we have four now). It is very easy to put on. We have 4 cats, each a different size, none of them really like wearing it, but this costume is much easier to put on and snap a picture of than the ones that mostly are put on the top (their back). We typically pick a time when they are a little more sleepy to get them all dressed up, but it was so worth it! We could make this costume work with a range of sizes too (meaning our stockier cats could also don it for a short bit). None of them wanted to walk around in the costume- but as long as they were in their sleepy time of day, at least our cat Lumi, didn’t seem to mind posing for us.

We ordered size small for our kitty(pink nose). She’s petite and about 10 lbs and it fit purrfectly. She’s used to wearing a harness when going outside so she did really well when putting her in this costume. This is adorable and can’t wait to dress her in this for Halloween. We also tried putting our other cat(black nose) in this costume and it was a real tight squeeze. He’s a big 15lb boy and I could barely velcro it, def would get him a size large as there isn’t a whole lot of stretch
