Just got this, and put this on my front porch. The only thing I do not like is the solar panel is on the back, so you need to make sure the way that you place it, the back is able to get sunlight. My original plan for placing it, well, won't work, because of the placement of the solar panel.

But, that wasn't enough for me to take off any stars, as the thing is pretty darn cute and adorable. My wife thought it was cute as well, and she's not a big fan of cats, but when she saw it, she didn't object, and said I made a good choice in decoration.

Puts out decent light, for how small it is. Simple push button operation for the light, on and off. Turn it on, and it's on. Make sure the solar panel for the battery is getting light, and you're good to go.

Has a little bit of weight to it, so it shouldn't be knocked over by small gusts of wind, but big winds, you might want to make sure that you have it in a place that it won't fall and crack or break.

I am really pleased with the quality and size of this statue. It is made with solid resin material and the globe puts out a good amount of lighting considering the size. The biggest drawback is the location of the solar panel which is in the lower back. You need to be very mindful of where you place the statue in order for it to get enough sunlight to lighten up for the maximum time. It is lightweight, but still a solid statue for the size.
This is a really great gift idea and I like the different design options. The pricing is not bad and I would consider this to be a good buy.

I live in bright and sunny Arizona. I have the statue where it gets plenty of sun but yet my statue light is very low. Not very bright at all. It’s a cute statue but really doesn’t work that well. I don’t recommend.
