Leaving asides the fact that are really cute, they actually do work, I only needed one sticker to get rid of a small pimple and it worked wonderfully as a treatment for the small acne pimple I had, it was a bit rather easy to put it on and easy to take off, as I left it overnight and actually took a shower with it still on, it didn't peel off during the shower. Due to its shape, it's rather cute and a nice way to hide the pimples, though if you don't like the cute shapes I do believe they have clear ones.
For me, it was effective and I did shared one with a friend, in her case it took two patches but it worked and I guess it will depend on the type of skin and the pimple, but I do recommend it.
