I’ve tried almost every bag on Amazon labeled as “contractor” bags and these are the only ones that are serviceable.

Never get ripped bags, they don’t tear from the slightest touch, and they don’t reek of cigarettes like a bunch of the others do (so weird that’s a thing).

They are unscented but have the absolutely slightest plastic smell to them, but they definitely aren’t fragranced.

We have used these for both personal and business use for the past 5+ years, and these bags have not let us down. Whatever the trash is, they handle it. I won't even look at another brand in this size. We typically do not load them over 40 lbs for the garbage men, but they rarely rip even when very heavy. They even handle thorned bushes such as Bougainvillea well if you cut the branches into small pieces. If you shove large sharp objects into these, they will rip, but trash bags aren't designed for sharp objects, but they are fine for smaller sharp objects. The handles are pretty easy for me to tie and seal from the weather if left outside, and there's still enough room to grab the knot to carry. The 42 gallon size also fits well in the 32 gallon trash cans as they will stretch over the top and the bag will fold over a few inches over the side and stay in place while you fill the cans. Then you can easily pull the bags out without overloading them and tie them up. 3 bags that are 3/4 full will also fit fine in most City 96 gallon trash containers. Full ones fit if you compact them.
