I love the way the fit in my hand. Issuing these pens makes it easier to write more clearly and I have better penmanship. I often put lotion on my hands and then go to write and find it difficult because the oil gets on the paper and then my pen won't write, however, that does not happen with these pens and I LOVE that. It makes a huge difference because I write fast and these pens make it possible for me to go at the speed I wish to without losing my quality of penmanship or getting stuck writing over areas that the ink otherwise wouldn't transfer due to oil from my hands. My only complaint is that the pens do run out of ink fast. Though, I haven't compared it to other pens in terms of how quickly they run out since I only started to notice that with these pens and my writing has probably increased a bit. I bought this box of pens 2 months ago and have 4 of them left and have gone through about 2.5-3 average sized journals with them. That seems excessive to me, however, the quality makes such a different that I'm buying another box. Also, the ink doesn't smear or get on my hands and I like that a lot, too, so overall, it's been well worth it. I do have to be careful not to set the pen down on fabric without the lid because the ink can transfer to fabric easily by just touching it with even the side of the tip.

The only problem I've had after using them for several months is that the cap has cracked on a couple and after that happens, it won't stay on and the ink dries up. These are not inexpensive pens and would feel 110% about paying the money if I didn't lose a couple due to this problem.

I bought the red ink variant, as I teach and go through a lot of red pens in grading papers. Sharpie's gels are my current pen of choice, but are a bit expensive. Based on the reviews I decided to give these pens a try.

I'm not too disappointed in the pen, but it's made of cheaper materials and consequently is much lighter than I expected. A pen needs a little heft to feel good in the hand. The ink is good, and the writing action feels smooth on the paper. So overall an average disposable pen, 2.5 stars.

The price, however, is way above what you should be paying for this average pen. And the price is why I won't be repurchasing this pen when it's time for a new box.

Update: The first pen ran out of ink very quickly, literally three days after I started using it. I've never had any pen that exhausted its ink that fast. Reduced rating to 2 stars, will update if the second pen behaves similarly.

Final Update: Already on my fifth pen, all of previous ran out of ink within 2-3 days, with one ending its life within a few hours of initial use. I'm tempted to cut one open and see what's in there, but it's not really necessary--I will never buy from this seller again. Can't give a well-deserved zero stars, so they get one for effort?

I am super pleased with the results.

Each pen is comfortable to hold - the skin is some kind of near hard rubber material - and the perfect thickness for my hand. Very comfortable indeed.

Each nib comes covered by a tiny silicone sleeve - nice touch. I believe this should protect the nib till I go through the box in my own time.

The box is also a stylish cardboard slide our box filled to the brim with the pens. Just take what you need. I am glad it is not in some ubiquitous plastic bag.

And the most important part - the writing is smooth and each. Hits the spot with the ultra fine black ink. And it dries almost immediately, no smudging.

I took some photos and video for reference.

I hope this deals lasts forever, as I can see myself buying more once this lot runs out.
