Broken After Two Weeks Gentle Use
We had been looking at Nespresso coffee makers and researching which one to buy. I wanted these glass cups to go with it. They were delivered on January 12th. We bought the Nespresso machine on February 18th and opened these cups to begin our Nespresso experience. They claim they are dishwasher safe but we HAND WASHED them carefully anyway just to be extra careful.Today I came home from work, popped the Nespresso pod in put the cup under and brewed a cup. As I was gently folding the crema into the coffee, I heard a poof sound and coffee spilled out the top of the cup. I stirred a little more and could hear glass in the cup. I flipped the cup over the sink in a strainer and the attached pictures show the damage. They are outside the tiny return window as I write this review. I do not recommend purchasing these. Not only am I out the cash, but these are not safe to use. This was my worst Amazon purchase.

    I expected the mug to be a bit bigger but it just feels a bit small. I'm an enjoyer of massive 12-14oz mugs of coffee though, so maybe I just have a problem and this isn't a product issue. Despite this, the product is great. It looks very cool and gives the impression that your drink is floating. It's not as transparent as glass, but it's much sturdier and more insulating so I think it's a good balance.

    I have many of this type of cups, I like them cuz they keep my coffee warm for longer. I walking around doing other thing and I like when i pick up my cup and coffee is not cold.
    I almost hesitate to buy them, other reviews stated they were to fragile, this are of the thickness expected and like any other cup of this kind. I like the size and I'm not sure if they are dishwasher safe but mines have gone through the dishwasher machine 3 times already and still doing good.
    Overall this are an excellent option at a great size.
