This product arrived with a defective zipper we were leaving on vacation and had to have it...i managed to get it to close and open a couple of times but when we returned home could not get it to open and had to reach in and drag clothes out

    This type of computer bag is new for me. I've never owned a hard shell type suitcase before that has a pocket for a laptop. I am enjoying using this to move my mobile work station around which includes my laptop, laptop charger, ebook reader, full size keyboard, mouse, laptop triple monitor device, and large bluetooth speaker. With it holding all of that, I have a small amount of room left over if I need to pack a jacket or small personal items. If I were not using this mostly for my work station equipment, and only needed to carry my laptop, tablet, and chargers, I would say this suitcase would make a super convenient suitcase to pack up for a 2-3 trip. It has two handles and a grip at the bottom that makes it easy to move around. Not only that, it has 4 wheels which makes it easy to push around a room as needed, and it has a convenient stowaway handle so you can pull this case on the ground rather than carrying it all the time. I have found that the suitcase can roll over pavement and concrete easily. In summary, this suitcase is great for carrying workstation equipment to the extent that I have described, or it's a great size to pack for a short stay trip. I love the front access to the laptop pocket. It's very convenient.

    Robust little case. Quite surprised by the strength of the exterior on this piece. The laptop storage can actually fit a 17” laptop. My wife’s hp workstation fits like a glove in the laptop sleeve. Honestly my 15inch Lenovo yoga might as well be a hot dog in an airplane hangar. Not sure what to do there but we’ll make it work. Cool little cubby for a power bank, be aware that it isn’t giant and may not fit all power banks. Zippers seem nice enough to last, if you are going to carry it on a plane, you are what determines most of the lifespan in this category. Same goes for the scratches or seams ripping. Don’t be surprised if it breaks when you’re not thoughtful about how hard you’re using something. There’s a reason it’s priced the way it is!

    Grabbed one of these for a week-long trip. I was able to fit everything, but I'm not sure about the longevity of this suitcase. The external case bends under pressure, unlike an Eddie Bauer one that I have. The wheels seem more likely to fail as well. But so far so good so we'll see what happens with the next few trips.

    I had been searching for a hard case with a front pocket for some time. The product seemed durable and front pocket could prove to be very useful. The actual interior pack space appeared minimal so I tested it with my standard 3 day pack items and was only able to accommodate 2/3 of the items. When I tried to add my normal extra shoes the interior space shrunk even more. Had to return the case due to insufficient space.
