- Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2024I’m glad that I purchased this espresso machine. The price is so generous for what you’re getting. It’s cute so it adds to the decor in my home. It’s lightweight and not too big in size, so it fits anywhere that’s near an outlet. Not to mention the quality of the espresso is great. I was a little worried about the noise the machine makes at first, but that honestly just comes with making an espresso. I find it soothing in the mornings now. The machine heats up so quickly that it’s one of the lay things I do before I leave out for the day. It has added so much to my life!
- Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2024This is my first Espresso Machine as I am pretty new to coffee. The machine is so easy to use and works beautifully, plus the look of the machine is very nice and looks great on my counter.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2024You should avoid this product. First IF your machine works, at least for the very little time that it may, you have to manually turn off/stop brewing. So unless you know exactly how much a single or double shot is by eye, you’ll end up with way too much, too little or overflowing all over if you dare walk away. Now if you’re one of the lucky ones who gets a functioning machine, it won’t last long. After a few months at most, the machine don’t get to the correct pressure required for decent espresso, or will redline to the opposite end of the gauge and malfunction completely. This machine may look cute, but it’s extremely cheaply made. Save your money or just splurge one one that actually produces espresso. Such a waste!
- Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2025This is an awesome starter espresso machine. It’s simple to use and can make all the drinks you like. The only bad thing about it is if you want to pour over ice, there isn’t that much clearance from the portafilter to the deck to fit a cup with ice. All in all a great code machine.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2025A friend of mine owns this machine, and I have used it many times.
I liked it so much, I bought one of my own... and discovered a minor design flaw.
When you fill the water tank, and place it into the machine, there's a small valve at the bottom of the tank that's pushed open when the tank is seated.
However, air can get trapped in that valve, preventing water from flowing into the machine.
The fix? When you first start the machine to generate hot water, as part of the initial setup, gently lift the water tank an 1/8" or so, then lower it back down. Do this repeatedly, and it will work the air out of the valve, and allow the water to flow into the machine.
Once I did that, everything worked fine.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2025*edit Seller reached out immediately and made this right.
It's okay... does what it's suppose to but after you finish one cup with the steamer, I have to unplug, wait and plug back in. It won't swich back to the on position. I don't use it often, once a week or I would have tried to return it. I also no longer have the box. It has potential. I love the look, just wish this wasn't an issue. Also, it doesn't heat up the milk to my liking. Needs to be a little hotter.

- Reviewed in the United States on December 25, 2024I ordered this product to replace a previous Item from Espresso works (Also defective).
The box arrived (It was not an amazon Box just the Sumsaty Box) but looked to be in good order. No bumps or kinks on the box. Product seemed fine.
Pulled out the manual and followed the instructions for pre-use. The pump did not work, nor did it suck in water and after preheating (light on the machine turned solid) the machine began to billow smoke and smell like burnt electronics. Fuse shorted or something on the circuit board.
Looked up the product. Made in China. As are so many other things and while resoundingly I've seen positive reviews on this product (why I bought it) I would say if you plan to spend 170-200+ on an espresso machine. Go to a best buy and get e Delongi or something from a reputable and well known company.
This is the 2nd Espresso machine (179 + dollars) I have bought in a row from Amazon and had an issue with. Now I know this is not their product and this issue is not Amazon's fault. But dead on arrival? TWICE in a row from 2 different manufactures...this is getting a bit ridiculous.
I would love to see Amazon implement some sort of quality check for products they allow on their platform. Though I've no idea what that would look like.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy
Love it, glad I bought it. Nespresso makes the best creme but this machine does a great job and frothes my wife's alternative milks. Italian espresso ground is the best. The black bag. London drugs.
UPDATE: Machine leaks so bad from the wand while brewing its of no use now. comes out in a solid stream. the knob wont seat, i think the thread slowly stripped over time causing the steam knob to move in an out not allowing a proper seal ( i can push it in manually) lasted 2 years. there is no parts anywhere on the internet and the website is just to make it look legit. I contacted them and we will see in a couple of days.

1.0 out of 5 stars BUYER BEWARE
Purchased as a gift for my fiancé.
After seeing all the incorrect sizes for the portafilter I was able to determine the actual size, it is a 51MM, although the ears on the portafilter are VERY thin, so this is completely incompatible with any other product.
EVERYTHING is made of plastic, and extremely fragile, this has a 10/10 for looks and a 0/10 for quality.
The machine literally could not do anything because they installed the product wrong, there are internal wires that didn’t seem connected, it wouldn’t pull any water from the reservoir. The purge wand knob was installed backwards and rotates the wrong way, so we couldn’t purge or shut off the steam wand, so the machine would constantly blink.
I followed everything in the owners manual and after trying everything I could, I searched up what a broken pump sounded like, and that was the sound it was making.
Overall, I do not suggest this at all, unless you want it just for looks. in that case just get the lego model instead.

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful. And makes good coffee
First thing, to be clear, this is not an expensive machine. The cost is reflected in the fact that everything that can be plastic is plastic. It flexes when you put pressure on it and the portafilter is comically lightweigt. However, the switches on the front are heavy duty mechanical switches that make a satisfying thunk.
More importantly, it does make a good shot. If you are looking for a commercial machine this isn’t for you. Steam function is ok, has a hot water dispenser. For the price this is an easy 5 star.

1.0 out of 5 stars UPDATED: Do not buy seller does not respond
So after 3.5 months the steam knob was getting increasingly difficult to turn. Then it wouldn’t turn and the steam stayed on. After that when turning on the machine water would come out of the wand while coffee was brewing. Managed to stop somehow but then water leaked from under the machine and there was not enough pressure to make a good coffee. Reached out to the seller who asked if I cleaned the wand. What?? Clearly this machine is defective. After some back & forth (2 messages) I haven’t heard from them again. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP MACHINE. No customer support. Will have to reach out Amazon to see if they can help
———original below ———
Been using for a few months now and really like it. Coffee, good. Frothing good if you remember to purge the water in the wand before you try and steam your milk. Only issue is with the fit of the coffee filter that can pop out if it’s not aligned properly. It’s a loose fit and you can hear it jiggle. Many times it just pops right out when dumping the used grounds

3.0 out of 5 stars Very cute and easy to use
This machine is very cute and easy to use. It makes a weaker espresso and the quality of the machine does feel a bit cheap. However, for the price it is what I expected.
