These are great chunky boots. There is no zipper; just an elastic stretch strip and a Velcro jewel belt around the top. They fit exactly as described, have a 2.5 inch heel, and are good value for your money since I’ve had them a long time and they still look this nice. My only complaint is the jewels along the inside of the ankle can fall off. It’s nothing some glue/a quick stitch back on can’t fix! I want a pair in another color for sure.

    First time wearing my boots and I was so excited. Made it half way through the day before the gems started to fall off. 😫 SUCH a cute product, but not a quality product.

    EDIT. After I decided to use a blaze to cut off the remaining gems that were falling off. I used Gorilla clue to place them back in their spots. I cut all the gems off to make sure they were all secure with gorilla clue. ( use something to clamp them down for pressure. I used my chip bag clips )

    Hope this helps those whose gems are falling off.

    I LOVE this boot, I emailed the company because I recieved them today and the boots themselves are in perfect condition but it seems someone switched out the gem strap on one boot and there’s strings having everywhere. Dog hair in the Velcro so I know that it was switched out and there’s only 4 gems (which are all about to fall off) where the other boot with the strap has 7 perfectly secured gems. I am hoping they will just sent me another strap out. Otherwise I will have to return and repurchase, cuz I do love them. Bummed I cant Wear them for Christmas Eve tomorrow!

    They are comfortable and a great quality! (Just wish I didnt Recieve a damaged worn strap. Someone definitely bought the boots to switch their strap out and returned them ugh!)
