Great product overall
I purchased one for my baby a year ago and we have loved it. Very great quality and has held up well. However, I just recently purchased another one for a friend and it arrived broken in the box. Had to return for a refund because there wasn’t time to get a replacement before the baby shower. Overall, I’d say it is a great product, just probably got a random bad one.

...and it popped back into shape after over 24 hours crammed in a heavy bag! It was a little lopsided for a day or two, but it's back to normal now.
I adore this fidget toy and will sometimes turn it about in my hands while sitting on the couch, myself. My 6-7mo has had no trouble lifting it, tossing it, and chewing on the ends; it still looks brand new in spite of this treatment. The round beads slide freely on their rods, making a pleasant clinking sound as you rotate it.
