Only one pen in the set is what kept this from being a 5-star review, the Neon Green came kind of dried out. The rest of the colors are brilliant, smooth, and easy to work, with or without water. These pens Exceeded all my expectations for the price range. Now I wish I had ALL the colors. I'm hoping there's a completer-set for the 17 other colors not included in this set! The Neon colors are reactive in black light, EVEN when drawn out with water. They do not seem to get much fainter under black light at all.Well done, Stabilo! This may be the happiest swatching I have ever done! Of ... anything! I think they can compare favorably SIDE BY SIDE with much higher-priced pens. The tip is spot on in size and clarity, it does not smudge, it does not bleed through good writing paper. there's no feathering from printer paper to watercolor paper.I could keep gushing!

Well done, Stabilo! This may be the happiest swatching I have ever done! Of ... anything! I think they can compare favorably SIDE BY SIDE with much higher-priced pens. The tip is spot on in size and clarity, it does not smudge, it does not bleed through good writing paper. there's no feathering from printer paper to watercolor paper.
