Edited AGAIN This is my fourth robot - the first one I bought used to see what I wanted from a robot. Second one I ended up giving to my sister so I could upgrade, and the third one met its demise under my husband’s foot. I was excited that the Eufy L60 had an app because my priors simply maneuvered at random or in a pattern that involved a lot of bumping and spinning. I rarely used them outside my kitchen/dining area. This Eufy started strong. I let it map my house. Warning: if you have open stairs, it will map the space over the stairs! We have a sunken living room and it tried to map that area despite not going down to the floor. I had to manually mark it is a no-go zone so it would stop looking to get into the space. Also cover any mirrors at ground level. We have a few mirrored closet doors and the robot mapped to infinity through the mirror. I had to remap the house at one point. I loved being able to program the robot when I wasn’t home or to avoid areas where I hadn’t cleaned yet. I left my overflowing suitcase on the floor one day and estimated a temporary no-go zone but still managed to get the rest of the bedroom vacuumed. Now that I can do specific rooms and in a certain order, I’ve been using the robot all over the house. But it stopped working 4 months after I got it. It’s not sucking anymore. I have followed the instructions since day 1, wiping it down and cleaning parts regularly, emptying the bin after each use, and ensuring a proper charge. It still sounds like it’s sucking but it just pushes dirt around in piles. I contacted eufy through Amazon and was directed to some excellent video tutorials for trouble shooting. That part is really well done but once my problem continued and I needed further assistance, things broke down. I submitted photos of my receipt from Amazon as well as a description and the robots serial number. About 36 hours later I received an email with a link to the trouble-shooting videos as well as a request for a copy of my receipt, the model and serial number, and a video of the problem. My email with the video of a broken vacuum was returned because it was too large. I also don’t understand why they wanted me to resend the info I put in my original request - did their system not capture it? So until they see the video here and figure out how to follow up, I’m out $200. I wish I could say I still like Eufy as we have a couple security cameras too but one stopped working a week after the warranty was up and I’m still salty about it. Edited 12/16/2024 to add: eufy customer service mailed me a replacement part that required I take apart the entire vacuum and unhook the motherboard. I’m a greenie, I don’t like throwing things away unnecessarily but I wish they would have given me an option there. I spent a little over an hour trying to replace the part with only half the directions because their support mechanism includes no written instructions only videos under 60 seconds each. They sent links to 3 videos and I was probably supposed to have 6. So I attempted things with a basic understanding of how to unscrew things and it didn’t work. My vacuum is now telling me there’s a roller brush problem and wont move at all. I’m not spending any more of my time on the device. I bought this to SAVE myself time not learn how to repair vacuums. The company did offer me a full refund or replacement and I appreciate it but the frustrating part is that I bought it during Prime Deal Days - taking a refund means waiting for a good sale to purchase another. So I’m letting them send me a new L60 SES and we’ll see how this one does. Provided the warranty re-starts with its arrival at my house, then I’ll have a year to see how it goes. I’ve increased to 2 stars for okay customer service. I’m still salty about being without for the last 2 months. Dust is my nemesis so now I have to swiffer everyday and I’m not happy about it. Yes my choice, but so was buying a robot in the first place. First world problem, I know. Edited Feb 12, 2025: what a joke. I appreciate that Eufy sent me an upgrade voluntarily but it’s not a fit for my 1600 square foot house. I have no place to put this very HUGE base - which is INCREDIBLY LOUD, so it now lives in my bedroom. Because the robot has to go around my dresser and down the hallway to get to the kitchen and living areas, I rarely use it. Unfortunately mine is a cat house and there are too many moving parts in between the unit and the kitchen (toys, tunnels, cat beds, teenager shoes) and I don’t want to have to pick all that up just to vacuum the dusty kitchen. You can’t pick the unit up and randomly set it down - it HAS to start at its base due to the mapping mechanism. A flaw with having a mapping machine: if you nudge the home unit in any way, the mapping feature is thrown off and the robot can’t find doorways. It will spin and spin and just try to go home. Or go in circles. It’s worthless to me. Oh and Eufy told me that I don’t get a new warranty with a new machine - the new machine would simply assume the dates of my broken machine and only be covered until my OG purchase date of July. No regards for the 5 weeks of broken device, trouble shooting, mailing parts, trouble shooting, mailing new device. So I’m not buying another Eufy, that’s for sure. Too bad because my mom and her best friend both want robots and I steered them away from this one. Edited AGAIN 4/12/2025: I actually bought a new cabinet for my kitchen to make space for this robot because that was easier than going through all the robot reviews. And what I’m experiencing now is if you don’t use it every other day or more often the then the robot disconnects from the Wi-Fi and it takes 20-30 mi it’s of buttons and Bluetooth and Wifi finagleing to get reconnected. Go out of town for a weekend? Better schedule it to run every day while you’re gone or you’ll come back to it being unusable. I hate this thing with so much passion, I’m paying my cleaner to come in more frequently versus try to own another robot. Twelve thumbs DOWN.

    This is our second Eufy robot vacuum. The first one was the kind that just randomly vacuums wherever it wants until the battery dies, and it always had a full dirt cup so we trusted that it was getting the job done. The problem was pet accidents (are they?) from a particular dog (not a puppy) in our household. I thoroughly cleaned the thing several times, but I had to take it apart and by the 5th or 6th time this happened I just had to get rid of it and we went without a robo vacuum, and we noticed, and we missed it. I am absolutely not spending more than $300 on one of these robots, since any vacuums in homes with pets inevitably become stinky after a while even if they're not running over poop, so the Eufy has the right price and the technology is good.

    I'm delighted with this one so far. It sounds way more powerful, I can hear it cranking into high suction when it goes over the rug, and the room mapping means I can give it a sequence and it will work on one room at a time. I love being able to check in the app and see if it's stuck somewhere or if it actually finished vacuuming the whole area. We used to lose the old one that didn't have accurate positioning.

    I just moved a big potted plant and it left some dirt on the floor. I opened the app and tapped on zone mode and drew a little square where the plant was moved from, and hit start and the robot just came right straight over, adjusted the map to erase the potted plant obstruction, and vacuumed a nice tidy little square, getting all the dirt up, and went back home. That is science and precision right there!

    I do wish that I got a model that came with the brush roll that avoids hair-wrapping, because I have had to pull the roller out and cut the hair off it 3 times already for the first 6 runs. Also the extra LIDAR module on top of the vacuum makes it unable to get underneath a few pieces of our furniture that the old one was able to.

    I like that the app tracks how many hours this thing has run and I suppose it will suggest replacement filters and stuff that I can stay on top of and avoid the vacuum stink and keep this one around for longer. The dog seems to have gotten her act together.

    Hey folks. I bought this model of Eufy while on sale a little over six months ago, and have used it daily since. Thinking about buying one? Do it. No regrets here, and I wish I had purchased one when I first began thinking about it a year and a half ago.

    I live next to the Gulf Coast in Florida, and coastal living = constant sand. Fine, white quartz sand ends up in your home constantly regardless of how many rugs and floor mats you place at entranceways. Our home is completely tiled, and the powdery sand sticks to everything, so it’s a never ending battle keeping the floors clean. We used to sweep pretty much daily in the morning, and then use a hand vac around corners in the evening just to keep up with it. We also have one cat, a Great Pyrenees, and an English shepherd, so sweeping daily was necessary to keep fur from drifting into giant globs in corners and under furniture.

    After purchasing the Eufy, and charging it up, we no longer have to sweep every day. The eufy is simply fantastic at getting up all the pet fur and sand. Instead of sweeping every morning, I now stare off vacantly out the window while drinking my coffee, and the eufy sweeps for me.

    My five year old named our Eufy “Mumford” and we created a face cut out from a roll of white window cling vinyl (purchased the white vinyl window cling on amazon too- it’s meant for those Cricut machines) for the little guy. Mumford is now a treasured family member.

    For reference, my house is all tile and is about 1500 square feet. The eufy can clean our dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and playroom on a single charge, but since it doesn’t map out the rooms, I do place it in one room at a time, and block it off or shut the door. It does fine if I don’t block it off, but takes longer to get the job done. Since I keep the common areas clutter free, it is no trouble running the eufy every morning. I have my kiddos pick up anything on the floor, and then we hit the button and go about getting breakfast ready. If you are messier, or have a lot of clutter in your home- a Eufy probably isn’t the answer. It can’t do a good job if it isn’t able to roam around freely to vacuum.

    It fits under all of our furniture, and maneuvers well around my oak dining tables and chairs.

    If your home is very large and multi level, and you don’t want to pay attention - you may want something that maps your home. Eufy bumps around haphazardly, and when you leave it on long enough and run it consistently, it does a great job. I do not run it when we aren’t home, and I do not run it at night when we are sleeping. The last thing I want is for one of the dogs or the cat to get sick, and then have eufy run over the mess. Eeew. If you have pets, don’t make that mistake.

    If your home is larger than 1500 square feet, you’ll likely have to clean different sections at a time maybe on different days or nights of the week.

    Customer service is fantastic. After six months of daily use, our unit had a malfunction. The bumper on the right side would stick, and our unit would spin constantly clockwise. I contacted Eufy, and they did some troubleshooting with me, and when that didn’t fix the problem, I was sent a brand new unit. They emailed me a free return label to ship my old one back to them at no charge.

    All in all this is an excellent and helpful product, and the company that makes it is reliable and true to the warranty. I know several people that own one and love it, and have recommended it to friends and family members.

    I bought this vacuum after our old Deebot Robot Vacuum broke, and needed a new one that doesn't break the bank. (Warning, once you have a Robot Vacuum, you can't live without one anymore!)
    This little guy is a fraction of the price of other, more "famous" brands (you know which one I mean), while providing impressive performance. You can adjust the suction power, and also choose the Auto Boost mode, where it increases the suction when it goes over carpets. We have a cat and the robot has no problem picking up fur and dirt from all surfaces.
    The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is because the app could be improved. It works great for things like adding no-go zones and boundaries, but the function of dividing your map into different rooms is limited: it won't allow you to create rooms under a certain size, so I had to group my bathroom together with my hallway and group my kitchen with my dining area. Also, my apartment is oriented towards south-east, and so the floor plan map shows up on a 45 degree angle in the app, while the squares you draw up for zone cleaning only work in 90 degree angles. This is a bit complicated to explain if you don't see how the app works, but the bottom line is, the app works, it's just a bit clunky, and I hope they'll keep improving it!

    This is my first robo vacuum and I am very happy with it. I am impressed with it's room mapping ability and how well the coverage of the floors are.
    The 4 stars is for the product but shipping through Purolator was horrendous. The delivery person claimed he tried to deliver it at my door but I was not home while I was waiting all day for it to arrive. What a LIAR! I had to pick up the package over 20miles away. This makes me so angry how shipping companies can get away doing this.

    I love this product for its suction power and mapping feature! Too bad Ankar/Eufy cannot create a reliable product. This is my third Eufy robovac- call me an optimist. The first, a Robo 11, failed at close to one year and was immediately replaced with no charge. The replacement failed at 2 years. I then bought an iRobot - reliable but poor suction and non-functioning side brush. Thinking third time lucky, I purchased this product Dec. 18, 2024. Immediately impressed by its performance and amused that the vendor thinks a cell phone is needed to operate a vacuum. (Really missed the remote control that was replaced by an app of all things!.) The new vacuum picked up an amazing amount of cat fur, cleaned the fur from felt furniture pads, even found its way to docking unfailingly - what a prize of a product that I recommended to other iRobot sufferers!. But the dream ended 6 weeks later when the machine gave a wheel module error and referred me to so-called Customer Support. Confident this could not be a serious problem in a new machine, I first viewed the online video, only to find I was expected to figure out which wheel was not working (hard to do when the machine won’t move!), take the machine apart to unplug and wiggle out the wheel module and replace it with a new module! Next step was a call to Customer Support where I spoke to a mostly non-verbal fellow who insisted that my only option was to buy a new module. He could not understand my objection that 1) the machine was new and 2) I would need to replace both modules since there was no way to identify the faulty part. Finally, he hung up on me or I hung up on him - he was so non-communicative that I could not tell which it was! So I made a return request, which the vendor accepted, and on the last possible return day (Feb. 1), I packed up my lovely vacuum and bid it a fond farewell at the post office. Now, I face a quandary - do I cross my fingers, polish my rabbit’s foot and buy this product again or begin the search for a replacement. Please, please, Eufy I am begging you to make a reliable product -I would gladly pay more for it!!
