    I have grey curly hair and have a septic system/well. The water has recently had a change in water quality and my hair has suffered for it even though I have a water softener/filtration system. I used just a dime sized amount, rubbed into the palm of my hands and then worked with into my hair.
    I am amazed at how soft and bouncy my curls are. I use DivaCurl Coconut Supercream and it doesn't do as nice of a job as this. I would recommend this to anyone with curly hair. I have fine curly/wavy hair that frizzes and this helps. I have not tried using it the other 2 ways suggested by Curlsmith and so cannot say anything to that.

    For the wavy girlies out there:

    This product works really well for a weekly (or biweekly) pre shampoo treatment. It leaves your hair moisturized and with a balanced dose of protein.
    However if you use it as a conditioner or styling cream as advertised, it WILL weigh your hair down and leave it feeling greasy and clumpy.

    Basically dont use it after you shampoo your hair if you have wavy, loose curls or thin hair.
