For the cost, the quality of the product is pretty amazing! It arrived in just a plastic wrap inside the Amazon packaging. The case had no issues with the zipper. There is no smell or odors. The flip top bottles are hard plastic which I like since I read about silicone bottles expanding or reacting with some hair products. The threading on the caps are durable, the flip top close closes tightly. The plastic spray bottles are probably the least durable feeling, but the cap and spray nozzle are quality. Overall I'm very impressed by the quality and quantity of items that comes in this kit and would definitely recommend it!
