Love my bag, never had a bag with a compartment for large thongs like shoes or a ball, that feature is incredibly useful. The reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because I wish the front pocket was a little bigger and I wish there were zip compartments at least in the larger areas of the bag.

The middle compartment has a phone pouch and a place for a pen and other small things (afterall, it is a laptop bag too). The main poc ket holds the bag gloves and clothes and has a soft laptop sleeve which I actually just stuff lifting straps and bands in so they don't get lost in the abyss. The bottom of the bag zips open and you can stuff shoes or stinky clothes in it. My shoes are size 9 and it seems like they just barely fit, but I'm not cramming them in there either. As far as comfort, the straps are padded and adjustable, of course, and I have no discomfort walking the mile to work with it on my back. Seems durable so far too, so I'd say this bag is a good value.

No signs of wear otherwise. I wash each bag in the washing machine at Christmas break and summer break and let it air dry. I have no intentions of buying any other brand for a book bag as long as my kids need them. Truly impressive with the quality. Room for everything they need.
