Pro: I purchased this because I wanted a soft no-slip throw to help keep my legs warm that I could use while reading or watching a movie. I try to minimize using my electric heaters to save money by wearing layers of clothing, finger-less gloves, and knit caps. My legs and feet tend to run cold unless I'm actively moving so this wash and dry throw solves that problem nicely. I washed and dried it to eliminate the inevitable lint shedding with new blankets and it appears to be done with that now. I rate it as 4.5 stars simply because it borders on being too thin, rather than lightweight. It isn't long enough to be used as a summer throw on my bed when fully stretched out on my bed unless I draw my knees up. I do wish it came in a 70 inch length option so I could use it during the summer also for naps. That's just a suggestion for the Seller to consider. I love the soft white color, more like a marshmallow, and matches with everything else. I recommend it, and would purchase a longer version of it if it were available.
Con: A child or smaller adult could get more use out of this size, but at 5' 4", I'd rather have the option to fold it down for added warmth and still be able to pull it over my shoulders to snuggle under it while taking a nap.

I cannot return it as the package, and the blanket arrived soaked in liquid soap. I got it rinsed and then followed up in the washer and it came out absolutely beautiful so have no fear with laundering. Unfortunately I will now need to purchase another throw that is a true white.
