Description:

Combination tool consisting of a ratchet, bits, sockets and holder in a minimum of space. Ideal as a universal companion for a whole host of screwdriving applications. High quality bit holder with Kraftform Plus handle for pleasant, ergonomic working that prevents blisters and calluses. Hard gripping zones for high working speeds whereas soft zones ensure high torque transfer. Mini ratchet for rapid working when fastening jobs with a power tool or conventional hand tools are not feasible due to insufficient space. Rapid changeover from left to right direction and vice versa by using the switchover lever. Fast work possible by turning the thumbwheel (with the thumb) on the ratchet head. Simplest operation even with just one hand. Ergonomic ratchet head/lever: Kraftform geometry with perfectly shaped contact areas for the fingers. The direct bit take-up in the ratchet head makes for a mini tool design and is ideal for low working heights. The small return angle of 6° allows for precise work. Robust drop-forged, full steel design. Torque of over 65 Nm. The Rapidaptor bit holder with free-turning sleeve: can be used as an extension; for rapid bit change without any special tools – even the very smallest bits with just a single hand. Tough viscous bits for universal use. Sockets for both manual as well as power tool operations for almost all applications. "Take it easy" Tool Finder with colour coding according to size - for simple and rapid accessing of the required tool. Featuring a good grip to allow easy pick-up even with oily hands. Ball stop groove, for hex head bolts and nuts; chrome vanadium steel, matt chrome-plated.

Just put together a new work bench and want some Good looking tools to dress it with. I have been a tradesmen for over 40 years. I have every tool at least twice. The Tool-Check Plus imperial is a nice looking tip holder. A bit smaller than I expected. In the video on the website there is nothing to compare the size too, it is just a guess. They really look good. I have not had the chance yet to see if the tools will hold up to abuse but that's coming.

    The quality you get in Wera tools, and the diverse applications of the tools in the Tool-Check Plus, in such a compact form. It’s hard to beat. I wish I was able to get the metric version, but It was actually cheaper to get the Tool-Check Plus Imperial and it came bundled with a Wera ratcheting screwdriver. That was a deal I couldn’t pass up. So if you’re looking to pick up a Tool-Check Plus, look at the bundles. The prices change often.

    After using this kit for the past few months i feel comfortable writing a review on it finally. I work as an industrial mechanic and this kit has been a valuable addition to my tool box. Having every bit and a lot of common sockets readily available is a gamechanger for the often smaller tasks that pop up. the quality of the tool set is top notch especially for the price. I would recommend this to anyone that works I the mechanical trades or even as a gift to a new homeowner.

    This is a great (quality) set for small jobs and small areas to loosen and tighten nuts and bolts.

    I had gotten one with the metric system which I like a lot, but I recently needed a standard American (Imperial) system when I realized the sockets were not fitting the nuts that needed tightening for a recent task. Since I liked the quality so much with the first one, I got this one as well.

    It’s so compact and the metal feels like quality metal.

    The ratchet sounds like it has a very fine toothed, precision gear.

    I would have liked one larger sized socket rather than the smallest size, which I’ll likely not use. But that’s just a personal preference.

    This is well worth the money. At the time of this purchase it was $77.00, U.S.

    There’s a lot in this little kit.

    I do simple tasks, and I don’t need large, heavy tools.

    I do like quality tools though, made with quality metals, and this set feels like that to me.

    It will be a great companion to my Leatherman tools. I was needing a ratchet fro some time now, and they don’t make one..

    I definitely recommend this set if you like quality compact tools.

    When I’ve used it for a while and really feel it’s been given a good test, I will update this review.

    Cool little form factor, but they've since come out with a similar set but much nicer nylon folding case. I'm a geek for aethestics and something about wera has me hooked. got this to sit next to the desk to figet with. love messin with the little wrench, has a satifying click. I use the kit for little things around the house like light switches, outlets, putting batteries in devices. sockets have a nice grey smooth satin finish. wish the magnet was stronger on the driver so that you would be able to manipulate the extension one hand. the tension on the extention mechanism is stronger than the attraction from the magnet. ie, the mf falls off!

    I do field maintenance and this combined with a Zyklops ratchet does 99% of what i need. And it fits in my pocket.

    This is one of those tools that you can never deny, it's expensive but very good, High quality, handle is tiny and Ratchet is Tiny, but guarantee this is a tool kit that will get you out of a jam at the worst time.
