The fp one also has a different shape at the top near the handles. The inside of the fp also has a big picket where you can store a laptop or something if the same size whereas the Amazon one just had a small cell phone pocket inside. The fp one is a bit stiffer fabric and I honestly prefer the feel of the Amazon one. It's a good dupe if you like the fp one but want something a bit smaller and don't care about the inside large zip pocket. I personally wanted a bigger bag so I may return.
