    This guy is easy to heat and not too hot when heated. It feels a tiny bit damp when you squeeze it, not sure why but it's so subtle you probably won't notice it. The smell of lavender is VERY strong so you have to actively like lavender. I don't keep this in my bed every night because it smells so strong, only when I warm it.
