This is just small enough to fit most lunch boxes with a bowl at the bottom, portions in the second container and a place for silverware and very, very tiny containers for sauce in the third. They stack together with a lid at the top. Unfortunately, my lunch goes into my work bag, and I can tell you it is NOT leak proof. I have to put this container in a plastic bag before putting it into my bag, otherwise even if my food is not at all liquidly, it will still somehow leak. If I could choose again, I would have tried a different container.
