Punching installation method
1.Load the 6mm bit into the drill and drive approximately 2in holes into the wall where the hook is to be installed.
2.Expansion of the product accessories work hammer into the hole, and must be connected to the wall is flat.
3.Will pitch in the stud smaller a twist into the hooks inside screw slot.
4.Will be linked with bolt another head bolt with the hand twist into the expansion tank, installed after the installation is completed.
Nail free installation method
1.First install the transparent disc on the hook, rotate and fix. Note that it is wrong for some customers to attach the transparent disc first and then install the hook.
2.Peel off the protective film of the sticky disc.
3.The pasted wall can be wiped clean and pasted. Pay attention to the direction of the hook, and do not use this installation method if the wall itself is poor bearing.

Bad Quality Control & Possible Recycling of Returned Items w/o inspection
1 star reduction for defects at the bottom of the hooks - every single one of them!Another star off for poor packaging.Hence the 3 star raiting.I really like the design of these hooks and the feel of it when touching it in my hands. However, as you can see in the photos, all of these hooks have some unsightly scratch marks or dents, all at the bottom.... I suspect either the seller is selling the hooks that were returned as brand new or they are defects at the manufacturing level and the seller decided to overlook them....I really like that for mounting options, the hooks come with not only screws but also tapes that are quite strong. But as you can see in the photo, I think the packaging could use some improvements. The hooks and the mounting hardware, including the wall stickers (tapes), are all just thrown into this small, thin and wobbly cardboard box unsecurely all together like a party mix, and I would not be surprised if the poor packaging is making these dents and scratches worse...But, again, I like the unique design, the thoughtful dual mounting options, and the texture of the wood.

Great kids hooks. Holds up 2t jackets and hats no problem. I like that they have a adhesive options instead of drill into the wall since they won't be permanent. Had them for 4 months so far with issue.

If you're looking for a perfect Wooden Hook that hangs clothes and has a great design, this is it. The hooks I used before were plastic and fastened with stickers. They often come loose, and something you're dangling from suddenly falls off without knowing when. This wasn’t damage incurred during shipping because the box arrived fully intact and the folds are from how they were put into the package; the contents are packaged too tightly to shift enough during shipping to create that kind of kink.
After seeing the package from another reviewer I can see where the problem occurred. Their leather pieces are nicely tucked together is in a smooth U-shape that will look seamless and loop nicely once installed.
Mine were kinked and folded tightly against one side so they were bent at 90 degree angles. The kink shows in the photos I attached. All the leather pieces have the kink and poor shape.
The wall pegs are what I expected and very nice but it’s disappointing that the accent feature that sets these apart from other wall pegs cannot be used for mine because they arrived bent out of shape.
Being vegan leather or pleather I don’t think they can be straightened out with heat or chemical. I tried to smooth them out and press them down with weight but the kink doesn’t want to come out.
Too bad because these are unique and pretty wall hangers but now they are just plain pegs.
