The only minor downside is that after a while, the pages can start to wear down, especially if they get overly wet or bent. But for the price, it’s a great value, and we’ve purchased multiple themes because my child enjoys them so much.

Beautiful colors, simple water brush. No mess. Holds up well.
What an excellent "painting" activity. Simply unscrew the little brush, fill with water and paint. Even my son (nearly 3) can do it. The pages are like individual boards with a scene on them that's all uncolored pictures. When the water hits them with this excellent brush (no leaking, just the right amount of water, perfect for little hands to hold, safe!) hidden animals and objects show up as the water touches them. The colors are so vibrant. Such a nice change from those typical magic marker books. The pages hold up well and when the water dries it returns to white. (It doesn't take super long to dry and the book can be closed and they still dry. It is enough time to color a page so it doesn't dry before they finish coloring which is nice. There are also objects listed which you are supposed to find on the page. My son wasn't super interested in that part (yet) He's more excited just to paint the picture. This is a great travel book since no mess. You do need to empty the water since theres no cap but it probably keeps it cleaner that way. The brush can lay sideways and not leak. Holds the water well. I wouldn't hesitate to let my son use this in the car since the brush doesn't leak and you can even put just a little water in it so don't have to worry about big spills. This would make a great gift for I would say 1.5-4/5? I like how there's a book for learning shapes and tracing so it can be for the older end but also just animals and fairies just for fun. I'm so excited to learn about this product and will be sharing it with my friends with young children. Highly recommend.

My kids loves these! I have multiple! Construction, Dino, numbers, animals, alphabet, fairytale and more. Safe as it’s just water. Mess free and don’t have to worry about walls or floors getting drawn on. Says 3+ but my 1 year old started with these when learning to use a writing utensil and it worked great! Recommend these for anyone with kids! Great for travel as well and pages dry quickly to keep the fun going.
