This may seem trivial but when you are getting brush for a toddler daughter that loves pink, and you order a pink brush... then only a pink brush will do. The brush is more of a terracotta color (see pics) and not pink at all. It also has bristles that are disfigured and crooked. This doesn't really affect performance, but is a reflection of overall quality. When it comes to performance, the brush is very mediocre. It doesn't detangle very well, which is a dealbreaker for our daughter, who's hair is long and gets knots regularly.

    I would say the pink color on my computer screen nicely represents the color I got.
    The brush itself is flexible, and the bristles are also flexible making this a good brush for "unruly" hair.
    It feels good on my scalp and doesn't want to "dig in" when a little pressure is applied.
    Every day I seem to like it better and better, it might become my favorite brush!!

    It seems sturdy enough and should last with the proper care. A plus is that this brush came packaged in a box, which always helps to prevent bristle bending in shipping and transit. Overall, a nice brush.
