Great Quality, Weird Fit
This dress looks so cute in the pictures, but I wasn't really impressed when I went to try it on. The neckline is very cute and I liked the ruffles at the bottom/how they went up the front/side too. However, the waistline was just not very flattering on me. I feel like it sat at a weird spot on my stomach and it wouldn't stay put if I pulled it higher. I also wasn't the biggest fan of where the slit was for the legs. I wish it was more off to the side than towards the middle. Even though I didn't like it on myself, the dress overall was decent quality. The material was nice, although very wrinkly (as to be expected with this type of material. Nothing a little steaming can't fix). I gave 4 stars because I know it would be cute on someone else!

I purchased this dress for a wedding, and while the design is beautiful and it will look great once on, the experience getting it ready was a major hassle. The fabric is satin, which I love for its sheen and elegance, but it arrived in a wrinkled mess. I spent over an hour steaming it (since you're not supposed to iron satin), and despite my efforts, I was only able to get about 95% of the wrinkles out.
The steaming process was a challenge — I ended up burning myself a few times, which made the experience even more frustrating. For the price, I expected a bit less of a battle to get it ready to wear.
Another issue was the elastic in the waist to cinch the dress. It feels cheaply made and doesn’t offer much structure or support. I understand this dress wasn’t expensive, but I expected better quality in the waistband, especially since the rest of the dress has so much potential.
Once on, though, the dress does look stunning and fits well. It's flattering and feels fancy, but be prepared for the amount of work needed to make it presentable. If you have the time and patience to deal with the wrinkles and the waist elastic, it's a nice piece, but just be aware of the extra effort involved.
Would recommend, but only if you're willing to spend some time steaming and fixing the fabric. The waist elastic is a letdown, but overall it’s a good option if you don’t mind a little extra work.
