    There are much better mats out there, but this one does get the job done. I feel like the foam floaters always stick together in one spot which is really annoying. They don't really feel like they belong with the theme of the mat, but unless you get a pricey one, you'll see that almost all the cheap mat are the same. This one was cheaper than most so it's more budget friendly! Some babies like them and some don't, so it makes more sense to spend less on one. My son is 15 weeks and is okay with it, but he'd rather watch his crib aquarium. I think adding some additional items to the water will help with better interest in the mat. It just seems boarding too me and I think it is to him too. The hole is big enough to add additional small items. So far no leaks, but I definitely keep a towel down just incase. One thing I didn't like is the fact that the white part had lots of spots on it. I'm pretty sure it's just ink run-off/splatter, but it makes you think it's mold. The outer rig is veryyyyyy hard to blow up by mouth, soooo you're gonna want an air pump. I'm surprised my husband didn't pass out from blowing it up. I tried, but three years post-covid, and my lung still aren't the same. It's the fact that you have to pinch it so hard just to get any little bit of air in it. For six bucks I don't think it's bad. The colors are vibrant and I'd say the quality is about a 5 out of 10.

      This is not the best quality water mat, but it does work for its purpose as a entertaining sensory mat. The sides of the mat do not fully inflate, so thats a little disappointing. I had to take off a few stars for that reason, and also the smell is VERY strong when it comes out of the box.

      This is such a cute tummy time activity mat. It is very cute and colorful with lots to look at. It is fairly easy to use and getting ready for baby. I did let it air out for a few days before filling and introducing to my daughter as it smelled like strong plastic out of the box. It really is an affordable tummy time mat that is a little different than all the cloth ones.
