I’m normally not one to leave Amazon reviews, but this pillow is too good not to. I ordered this pillow at the end of March and have used it every night since. I suffered from neck, shoulder and back pain. I have a very physically demanding job, standing for 10+ hours a day. I always thought work was the cause of my upper body pain and realized it was the way I was sleeping.

Ordered this pillow and it is a game changer! I don’t know the feel of temperpedic but I do now! This pillow is soft and supportive. It has totally relieved my pain by supporting my neck and head. I’m a side sleeper so that was definitely an adjustment with this pillow (still sleep on my side with it - just felt weird at first). If you suffer from any kind of neck, shoulder, or back pain, do yourself a favor and order this pillow. Well worth it

It's a good pillow! And has helped reduce my neck pain. But I've found it hard to wash if needed. The middle button to keep the original case in place comes undone and gets into weird shapes. When I did wash the case it went back on funky and I couldn't get it how it was. After sleeping on it for a week it did go back to shape. It's does work for neck pain! And it does help me sleep on my back.

I have a severe neck problem from a trauma over 25 years ago and over this time period have gone through over 12 different specialist recommended pillows, advertised pillows, name brand top of the line memory foam pillows etc. for the last 7 years specifically, I've had a pillow that's been better than the rest but nothing will truly be best. Then I decided to try this particular pillow, mainly due to its interesting shape and design.
Wow. I bought this and received it on April 30th, 2024, and up until now and whenever you read this, my neck has never felt as good as this. In any position I sleep; side, back or stomach. If you sleep on your side, it even has support for your arms if you keep them above your head while in that position.
Material is very comfortable, and is shipped in the traditional mattress-in-a-box format of sucking all the air out. Once you break it out of the box, make sure you give it enough time to fully expand. It's not spongy however, it's firm to the point you want firmness to be, and soft where it needs to be. The "hump" especially is in a perfect location no matter how high or low you keep your head to not only support the occiput, but to aid in flare-ups of occipital neuralgia. It really does do a good job of keeping your entire cervical spine in semi-elevated traction. As well, it does a great job of making your shoulders remain lower which is great to both the muscles of your neck and to your well-being because it releases overall tension in the shoulders.
This pillow is truly something else. And for the price? If you are only going to return it in 3 days, it's 100% worth it just for that. I literally felt different that next morning. It is a tad smaller than the pillow case but honestly, when it comes to sleep, I'll take it. Typical new memory foam like pillow smell, the smell went away with new sheets.
Too bad I can't give 17 stars out of five!

I had tried this pillow due to my increase in headaches since my old memory foam pillow was beginning to breakdown. The first night was amazing. I was able to side sleep comfortably. It's well made, perfectly supported my head and neck allowing me to side sleep. The second night I was restless and everything I had to reposition in my sleep I would wake up because it felt like it wasn't positioned just right. The next day I started having burning in my hands and feet without a rash or swelling... I thought hmmm that's weird. I ended up going to the chiropractor and it was a pinch nerve in my neck. I felt better after the adjustment. The next night I went to sleep on my new pillow again. I then woke up with my hands and feet feeling like they were on fire again and continued to every hour the rest of the night until I switched back to my old pillow. I went back to the chiropractor the next morning because my symptoms were worse. I had iced like I was told and took motrin. He asked what I had changed lately and the only thing I could think of was the pillow. I showed him a picture and told him I had a memory foam mattress as well. He said that memory foam on memory foam does not properly support and takes a minute to form to you leaving you with pressure points off and on through the night leading to discomfort. Ultimately I returned the pillow today and am on a journey to find my right pillow. Hoping my symptoms continue to improve. Why is it so hard to find the right pillow? I don't feel the pillow it self was at fault. It just wasn't the right one for me. This is why I still gave it 3 stars.
