These straps are very good for lifting. I've had some trouble with elbow issues from bending my wrists under heavy weight. These are helping with that. They are super supportive and include a thumb loop to keep the whole thing situated on your wrist. They're easy to use: just slip your thumb through and wrap. There is ample velcro to accommodate a variety of wrist sizes. They come in multiple colors and include a drawstring bag for storage, making it convenient to keep together in your gym bag. They're a good value pickup to save yourself from injury. Would absolutely recommend.

    My wrists are very petite and after doing a number of push-ups, my wrists can hurt. I got these straps to see if they would give my wrists some additional support so I could do push-ups longer comfortably.

    The wrist straps are very stiff and we’re not comfortable for push-ups.

    I use them for what they’re really intended for to lift weights. The wrist straps did seem to give my wrist some additional support, but I’ve never really needed additional support with lifting weights.

    I do plan to keep these wrist straps. Maybe as I continue to lift weights I will need them at some point!

    Got this for my spouse who does a lot of lifting for work. He had been trying medical tape, but wanted something that could last longer and also be more cost effective. These were a great solution. They give him the wrist support he needs while working, and he can re-wear them over and over. That being said, they are getting pretty gross because of how much he wears them. But at this price, we can buy a few sets to rotate through while the others are airing out or being washed, and it will still be a better pice than medical tape over and over. The velcro has remained strong so far, which is important for repeated use. Recommended.

    These are far too wide for short people with meat on their bones (not stick type arms). These were digging into my arms painfully, while also going halfway up my hand, preventing me moving my hands at all, and also digging into the back of my hand very painfully. I was really hoping to use these as an alternate type of wrist brace to help my carpal tunnel since no other style fits me. Unfortunately, this doesn't either. They do seem like they're fit people with stick type (very straight from elbow to wrist) arms well.
