For someone who likes to spend time outdoors, especially stargazing at night, I was excited to try the Outer Bug Blanket. I purchased the "plaid" and I love it. It's classically charming. The material feels durable and it's the perfect weight; not too heavy or too light. The fabric feels soft against my skin, making it perfect for relaxing outdoors. My main reason for purchasing this blanket was for it's bug repellent properties. Although it is early in the season to fully report on its effectiveness -- so far, so good. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to a season of bugless evenings under the stars.

Stylish and useful!
All good things! This is our second Outer Bug Blanket, we also have the stylish plaid version. Both the Striped Plaid and Pinstripe are super neutral and versatile with all outdoor furniture. They are great for summer nights and into the fall. It is a lightweight blanket but surprisingly warm and extremely soft. The smaller size is still plenty big enough for one or two people to use comfortably. We have a 6 month old and find the ‘Insect Shield’ technology reassuring, great knowing he can stay out with us and not get eaten alive! I am tempted to purchase the third design for our Outer sectional- highly recommend the full Outer line! Great quality and always a wonderful customer experience.
