The way this product was packaged is laughable. it’s like they didn’t even try. thankfully I was able to get a replacement sent, but it’s probably going to be packaged the same way. It also doesn’t seem to be great for sensitive skin like it’s advertised, it kind of burned when I washed my face with this product around my eye area. I was hoping to find a dupe for glossier milky jelly cleanser, but this definitely isn’t it.

    This is my go-to makeup remover. I've tried a lot of different brands at this point and keep coming back to this one. It's so much less wasteful than makeup wipes and it's a lot more effective than those magic eraser microfiber cloths. This is the only product I've found so far that can remove eye makeup without stinging my eyes (no matter how careful I am, the other ones just aren't as good). I'm seriously obsessed.

    First, I want to start off by stating that this cleanser is meant as your SECOND cleanse. There have been a lot of negative posts because they say it doesn't remove makeup. Most people use a cleansing balm or oil as their first cleanse to remove makeup. Then you are to use a cleanser as your second cleanse. That is standard practice by most now and what is recommended by estheticians, derms, etc.

    I hate cleansers that make my skin feel taut - especially when my skin becomes extremely dehydrated. What I love about this cleanser is it is your face still feels hydrated after you wash with it. No taut feeling! Plus, I have sensitive skin and this is super gentle. I love this so much that I am on my second bottle.

    Note: I have oily skin, but it becomes dehydrated in the winter. I only use this in the winter. It is too emollient for me in the summer. If you have oily skin (even in the winter), this may not work for you.

    If you want a cleanser to double cleanse, remove face makeup and stubborn sunblocks get The Face Shop- Rice Water Bright- Light Cleansing Oil right here on Amazon. It is a far superior product that works. One or two pumps of Rice Water Bright smoothed on wet skin and it turns into a light cleansing milk. Rinse and if you are oily or combo follow with your regular foam cleanser. If you have dry skin you are done.
