This is such a fabulous advent experience and it makes a great gift for families that really don’t need more toys, like ours! I’ve enjoyed the activities as much as the kids, and it’s created so many more memories and pockets of real quality time during the season. We’ve had every kind of advent calendar imaginable and this one is easily in the top 3, and entirely unique. The illustrations are gorgeous too. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

    This book looks super cute and has lot of fun activities to do throughout the month of December. Saw it advertised at Anthropologie (was cheaper on Amazon) and we wanted something that has traditional activities but isn’t all junky toys or chocolate. This books has songs, stories, activities, recipes, etc. I wish it had an ingredients list to buy ahead of time (so be prepared for then that day arrives and plan ahead) but should be fun to do something different each day. The real beauty of this book is that every activity involves quality time with your family member- love that aspect.
