    Perfect for what I needed
    I embedded this in my workbench so I would always have a measuring tool available. Doesn't replace my other measuring tools but absolutely works to have one handy.

      Quality has not slipped. I wound up buying 4 total. Honestly I am using the new ones as spring supports on my old sofa. So I can really atest to the quality of the build. I checked the measurements and the straightness of each one and all are good and identical to my thirty year old one. Only the company logo has slightly changed.

      I bought it for locating the bridge on guitars I build and repair. I compared it to a 24" Starrett ruler I have and they line up perfectly at the 24" mark.       I use the yard stick as product photography for measurements. I just wishes one side includes the CM measurement then it would’ve been perfect. Just for my use case, can only give it a 4 star. Otherwise, no negatives with the stick.
