Medium Duty Extension Cord
This extension cord seems to be made well enough. It comes coiled up so tight you might not believe it stretches out to 25 feet but it does. The sheathing looks good, no imperfections that I can find, and it meets up with the plug ends without any gaps. I call this a medium duty cord because its rated at 13 amps, which will handle most plug in tools you may use around the home. You wouldn't want to try and run a table saw with a lot of draw with this. The label on this says it is safe for outdoor use but it also says not to leave it outside full time. Like most extension cords long term UV exposure will damage the sheathing. Now, its going to be fine if you use it to run Christmas lights, but if you plan to run it in a sunny area left out in the elements year round, then the sheathing will probably start to show signs of wear. This seems to be a good general purpose extension cord. No complaints at all.
