The inner green section for limes really helps to get all the juice out of anything you put in there after the initial press.     Very easy. Does the job with soft, juicy, room temperature fruits.

    I will say that it works better with limes when they have been zested or scored.

    You're still going to need to be mindful of small seeds with lemons.

    If you are switching from a traditional rotary juicer to this for lime recipes, you'll need up to twice as many limes.

    Pro: Faster/easier than manually twisting

    Pro: Cleans up very easily. Very controlled juice collection. No mess.

    Con: Smaller amount of juice from small fruits than rotary

    Con: Leaves a significant amount of juice in small limes.

    Pro/Con: No pulp

    It is worth it to me to start limes with this tool and then take a second pass with a manual rotary juicer to get at the rest of the juice/pulp for recipes.
