My wife and kids love coming out of the shower to a nice warm towel or robe so I got this for the kids bathroom. This towel warmer can hold 2 large size towels with ease. Despite the warm/hot temperature inside, the heat does not transfer outside making this easy for kids to use without worry about them burning themselves on it. The heat is distributed evenly across the container so the towel is warm without areas that may be hotter than others. I like the app control option since this allows me to turn the warmer on for them even after they are already inside the bathroom with the door locked.

    After several problems with another model from this vendor (broke twice), I decided to try this unit. While it has only been in operation for a week, we really like it. First, the wide bin allows for quick and evenly distributed towel heating. Works much better than the cylindrical units. Second, the WiFi connectivity is great. We can begin the heating process from afar, which my wife likes to do from her phone. We’ll have to see if the unit can stand the test of time. The other model broke on us after around two months of operation.

Our only issue, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is it gets so hot and has started burning our towels :( It would be helpful if you could change the temperature. I think I only read one other review that mentioned the burning, so it’s possible it could be my towels or something other than the unit itself. Overall, would buy again.
