For a few years I have been getting small trash bags that are scented and have draw ties. Frankly, I can't stand the smell and they were not biodegradable. I decided to try out the Rishipahu brand to see if they would work better for me. I immediately felt better about using them mostly because they are biodegradable. Also, I really like that they do not have any odor. They are very easy to use and I'm able to get them into the trash bin with no effort. They are large enough so the upper part folds over and does not collapse into the trash bin. They are pretty sturdy and are exactly the right size for stinky bathroom trash that shouldn't hang out in the trash bin for days! Also, I can use them for other bits of trash like expired flowers that need to be tossed, or hair clippings, or vegetable and fruit cuttings that need to go into the bin. The price point is perfect; you get 200 bags!

    I'm curious about what these bags are made of; it's implied that they're made of "plants" and corn, but I don't see anything more specific. Hopefully they truly are plant-based and biodegradable. The bags themselves are quite thin but also relatively strong, easily handling an average load of bathroom trash with no problem. Thankfully they have no odor whatsoever, which is a really big deal for me. And they are the perfect size to fit most of the smaller bathroom/bedroom trash cans in my house, though I could probably get away with the 4 gallon size, which cost just half the price.

    These 5-gallon small trash bags work great for my bathroom and office bins! They are sturdy enough for light use, and fit my small trash cans just right. I also like that they come in a roll, making them easy to store and dispense. Even when throwing away slightly heavier items, they hold up well without leaking. These small and thin trash bags are reliable for using in the bathroom and office, but not really good for using in the kitchen in my opinion.
