If the timer button flashes red, the filter must be replaced. After replacing the filter, press and hold the timer button for 3S to reset the filter.

Open counterclockwise

Shut the air purifier off and disconnect t the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Twist the Filter Cover counterclockwise to rem0ve.

Install the new filter

Take out the old filter and replace it with a new one.

For some reason we get a lot of dust in our house. And we sneeze a fair amount. So I'm hoping these air purifiers will help make our house a cleaner place to live. I'm glad these came in a pack of 2. They're easy to operate and put the filters in, etc. I like the nightlight feature. And these are quiet. They came well packaged. I will need to run these for awhile to see how well they actually purify the air. Time will tell.

We live in an area plagued by wildfires and traffic pollution. AQI warnings / alerts are frequent.

Was excited to try these out. They’re a good size, not massive, should fit on a shelf (I’ve got one sitting on top of a guitar amp in my office!).

Runs off a “wall wart” power adapter with a fairly short length of cable.

The power adapter comes stored inside each unit, so it’s a good reminder to remove the plastic from the filter when you open it up the first time!

The controls are touch based and pretty responsive.

Basic Lo-Med-High for the fan speed, which are pretty quiet until you get to High and then it’s a more noticeable whoosh / white noise.

There’s a limitation when using the night light, which is you can only have it set to Lo speed. I understand that maybe being the default but you cannot override it. If you like the louder mode white noise and wanted it higher for that purpose while purifying overnight, it’s not an option.

Energy efficiency is good on paper, at just 5W even in high mode.

The filter is meant to last 1500 hours, which sounds pretty good but works out at 2 months if you run it all day / night. Most people would run it during regular daylight or maybe overnight, so assuming 8 hours runtime per day that comes out to maybe 6 months. Pretty good.

ASIN for replacement filters is B0D7Z3CB6Y. At time of writing it’s about $20 for a pair, which I guess would last about a year per air purifier.

In use, I was using it in a fairly small (100sqft) stuffy office on hot days, typically at the medium setting. I wish I could say it had a miraculous effect and made the air SEEM any clearer (or smell better haha) but it wasn’t really noticeable. Thats not really the intended use but I’m unsure how to measure efficacy for these things. Air didn’t seem any worse at least.

Overall, they look nice, have a good feature set, minor gripe with the low speed limit for nighttime use but are energy efficient and the filters seem to last long.

I recently picked up this 2-pack of Vhoiu Air Purifiers, and I've got to say, for the price, these little machines are impressive. At around $20 each, I wasn't expecting much, but they've genuinely surprised me with their performance and features.
