The bag arrives in a plastic bag as the outer layer. Right next to the pleather is a soft cloth-like bag that can be used to store the pleather bag in keeping the exterior of the bag beautiful with the protective layer.
Inside the big bag is a smaller bag that can be used to keep smaller items separate, or to use as a little clutch for your wallet and phone, etc.
The big bag is 17", 12 1/2" long, and has a 4 1/2" deep box bottom. The strap for the big bag does not adjust. It is 20" long, so it is long enough that you can wear it over your shoulder, but you can also wear it on the crook of your arm. The big bag has a magnetic snap closure. The closure is strong enough to keep the bag closed while you are carrying it.
The smaller bag can be used inside the big bag, or separately as a clutch on its own. The smaller bag is made out of the same color and type of pleather as the big bag. The smaller bag is 10 1/2" wide, 8 1/2" tall, and 2" deep. The smaller bag has a smooth zipper at the top for closure.
Both bags are very durable and can hold just about anything you need for traveling or shopping. It would also make a very thoughtful gift to someone who needs a nice big bag to carry.

Starting with positives, the color is beautiful, very deep and rich, exactly as pictured. It’s super on trend for Fall season, and has that easy vibe. The “leather” really is buttery soft and very smooth and supple to the touch. I am concerned how much the material will hold up as wear goes on, not confident it will hold up, it feels thin.
The cons… the shape is indeed hobo and slouchy, but it’s almost too unstructured. As far as a purse, it’s more like a bag. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra pouch that came with it, but it NEEDS it because there are Zero pockets or compartments on the inside. If you throw things in there, it just falls into the abyss of the bag and gets lost. Not great for smaller items. No hardware anywhere to hang keys, etc. I appreciate that it can hold my laptop and probably would make a good carry-on/personal item for traveling, but those lack of smaller pockets or compartment is annoying.
