I have another brand of migraine cap like this and this one by Gugug similarly fits comfortable, snug, has a good weight and is nice and cold. In my experience, most icepacks don't last more than hour out of the fridge anyways, which is why I bought this one to switch out with my other migraine relief cap. I definitely recommend having 2 on hand if you deal with chronic migraine pain. Glad I added this to my stash!
