    Arrived shrinkwrapped and greasy, which meant ti was hard to unwrap.
    The spray is pointless as it takes far too long to get a decent amount out and the sprayer is incredibly stiff. Add the greasy feeling on the product and your finger just slips off it.
    Had to pour it into my hand to use, which meant a lot was wasted.
    Says it creates a thick lather, there wasn't any lather to the product at all.
    Smells nice and seems to work well but going to look for something easier to use and less wasteful.

    Not sure how this watery weird smelling liquid is supposed to be shampoo.
    Doesn't foam up at all!
    Or how you're supposed to spary it onto your scalp as the applicator complete sucks, my fingers hurt from trying to press it down multiple times!
    I'll just take a wild guess if my hair is clean them?
