I took a chance and bought this garland without any previous reviews on it. I usually buy the live garland from Costco but it gets dried out so easily and I wanted something similar and more permanent. It’s very beautiful like the live Costco garland and I love it. Mine came in a 2 pack. It has a thick brown plastic material that covers the stems and pulls it all together. The stems are plastic for sure but they don’t look cheap or flimsy. The whole garland looks very full with no empty spots. There was a temporary smell after I opened the package but after a couple hours it was gone. I have this draped over my fireplace. I tested to see how hot it got with the fireplace on, and how the garland responded to the heat. It was a little hot to the touch but wasn’t melting or anything like that. Use at your own risk obviously. I used a couple command hooks to secure it and keep it in place. I felt like it was a great deal with a coupon bonus and I really love the way it all turned out.

Gorgeous, wild, bushy garlands! I ordered one for my mantel and two for the stair railings. I love the shade of green, and they have a wildness about them that is stunning. They are even more lovely in person.

The garland is very beautiful and fills out my other greenery to look very natural and draping like soft bows of pine in the forest. Truly beautiful. However, the odor was so horrible like sour milk that I immediately placed it in a white garbage bag and put a cup of whole cloves and spearmint oil drops onto the cloves and sealed the bag for a week. I kept checking, but it took over a week to get rid of the odor. I am hoping that this was a fluke because I would like to order another. The smell did not come back after I took the garland and used it in my decor.

I cannot say enough good about this garland. Bought to put on the mantle for Christmas. It looks AMAZING. I received a lot of compliments on it and it really looks luxury. I needed a quick garland for my fireplace as the one I had ordered before did not meet my expectations, this was purchased as a backup. But, I must say when I took it out the package I was not impressed, but once my husband put it up, it came to life. I purchased two 6ft to achieve this look. It’s green and lush when layered. I added some more eucalyptus stems to make it pop. It’s great for the price.

For 25 years I’ve been buying 50 feet of fresh garland for my front porch. It seems so wasteful to spend $125 every year and toss it into the compost. I was looking for artificial garland that was substantial in size to suit the scale of my large home. This fits the bill. I think it’s even better than fresh because I can bend the greenery as needed to hold on lights and conceal the brown branchy part of the garland. I’m very happy with my purchase! I look forward to using it over and over again over the next decade.
