Taste is fine and is exactly what you would expect. I am more concerned with the packaging. My safety seal was not broken which is great but the white carton is throwing me for a loop.. Will likely just purchase directly from BodyHealth next time I buy as I am finding this very suspect. Powder is a white almost creamy color. There were no chunks in mine - definitely keep this sealed tightly as powders often will harden up if left open for too long. Just buy from the website - if you care about your health enough to purchase why risk it like I did? For all I know I am chugging baby powder.

We have the strawberry flavor, and refer to it as "if strawberries could be AI, that's how this tastes." Like, we know what it's supposed to taste like, but if it wasn't labelled, I'd never come up with "strawberry." But it is so worth it. We take it religiously after going to the gym.

    2 years ago, I switched from Whey Protein to Perfect Amino and used it routinely immediately after every workout. I had better results with this than Whey proteins. Because of a back injury I was unable to workout the past year and a half and have lost all my gained muscle mass and put on a bunch of weight. Now that my back is healed enough for me to start working out again, Perfect Amino is def going to be a staple in my supplement regimen. I will agree that the taste takes some def getting used to. I found that if i use colder water rather room temp water it tastes better. Also, I found that the berry is def better tasting than the lime. Even though both flavors take some getting used to, I got used to the berry faster than the lime. But since I know the product works, I don’t mind the taste. I just gulp it down either during or immediately AFTER my workout when I am at my most thirsty.

    I think for how much everyone complains about the taste of EAA's that this rasberry one would be a better fit for some people. I think it is an older version of it because they are making a different blend now, so I've been grabbing this as long as I can while it is still available. I think the taste is fine, but I take it like quick shot then brush my teeth after. For those of you that state it has a bad after taste, brush your teeth after. All EAA's taste bitter, but they are so good for you it is worth it so just grin n bear it!

    #1 After reading the reviews about how disgusting the taste is I ordered unflavored. Yes even the unflavored is disgusting so the description about it being delicious should be changed.
    #2 It does not dissolve quickly. I found if I put it in a mason jar with the sealed tightly top, I can shake the heck out of it & it helps a little but I am always stirring while I'm drinking it and the bottom is always covered with granules.
    3. It says to take 1 to 3 scoops a day which would mean you may have to order every 10 days and at $50 for the small container that is a lot.
    I just purchased it to try to get more protein as I don't eat enough in a day to get the recommended amount. So after I finish this don't think I will repurchase or maybe try one more time but order through perfect amino web sight.
