Wonderful table and chairs set. We bought it in green color and it looks exactly like the picture. The table and chairs are sturdy, stable (table legs have adjustment that allow to compensate for any uneveness in the floor) and easy to clean. The table size is perfect (not too small or too big) for 1 2yo kid playing and 1 or 2 parents helping. It can easily accommodate 4 pre-schoolers, and I can see how it can become a work desk for my son once he goes to school, at least up until he's 7-8 yo. I feel it is sturdy enough to last that long!
The chairs won't last as long, obviously, but maybe 'till he's 3-3.5 years old. My son is a pretty tall 2yo (85%ile) and he doesn't still touch the ground when he fully seats on them. The chairs are rated to up to a 154lb load (if I researched the right model: YU-YCX-003-GREEN-GG), but they don't give in at all when my heavier (170 lb) husband is sitting on them.
Quality control/manufacturing can be improved. The bottom side of the desk top has a metal frame screwed to it, and in the unit we got, it took them a couple of attempts to screw that in the right place, as there were a few extra holes left to prove it. Essentially the bottom side had some manufacturing damage, but we did not care enough to return it.
Shipping. Be aware that in our case the desk top and chairs shipped separately from the legs (although we got a single tracking number). We got the legs 2 days later than everything else. I know many reviews complained they never got the legs at all, but my suggestion is not to despair if it happens to you too, and wait a couple of days in case the legs show up.
