There is a protector for the plug which was off, but I found it in the box. Don’t know if this was a return and they just sent it to me or what Not very happy with that part of it doesn’t seem like an Amazon thing to me.

    Got this as a Christmas gift for myself. I work at a brewery and am on my feet a lot. After looking at multiple options, this one is one of the only ones I have found that focus a good amount on the heel. Most have more going on near the pad of the foot. This has a circular rotating section at the heel that feels amazing. I am so glad I got it, it really helps. I don't see how this can be used for the back as it said in the description, but that is not why I got it. Works like a charm for my particular aching feet :)

    Purchased and replaced this unit only because the first unit did not feel hot enough, as contrary to on line reviews that I read. I submitted a request for a return replacement and was satisfied with performance of the second unit. Although I compared this unit to another similar unit, I decided to keep this one and forego the dual rotation and speed of that other "snail" unit" which barely got warm. Perhaps it was a defective unit but since I enjoy max heat, that other unit option wasnt necessary. And multiple speeds or reverse rotation did not add to the massage experience. And with the removable cover protecting the infrared balls I can easily place a towel over this unit, if I feel it's necessary for keeping the unit clean or easing the pressure under my toot is needed. So I appreciate the speedy replacement offered and will enjoy many more massages moving into those barefoot days of spring and summer. BTW, I will be keeping the box for easy carting and storage since it comes with a handle!!!

    The machine works well. It is durable. The mesh hasn't ripped, not sure why some reviews mention that. But I haven't experienced that. This massager is great for those with arthritis and or neuropathy.

    Seems great. Like how it works with the reverse direction massage wheel nubs. Appears solidly built. Have had for 12 days since Nov 2 . HOWEVER! Tonight it stopped working after a half hour or so. And I haven’t over used it. Perhaps overheated and shut off? But I’m not in the Sahara desert. I’m in coastal southern California in November. Assumed it was broken. But after a half hour of being off I pressed the button and it now works again - in both the heated setting and the unheated setting. I have until end of January to return and will be watching for future shutdowns. Expect to send it back bjt we shall see. My confidence in its longevity has been shaken!

    Update December 18. The foot massager continues to work great. Can't explain the one shutdown that happened a few weeks ago. HOWEVER - the mesh webbing is breaking down in the right heel area. It seems like cheap webbing similar to the webbing that New Balance and other shoe makers have had on the toe of the shoe. It camouflages the layer of white fabric underneath. But I see that below the mesh the layer of white fabric eems to be holding up fine. But still after about a month of reasonable use and being gentle with the unit, I'm concerned about longevity and will probably exchange for an identical one within the return period. None of the others in Amazon seem to be a better design so I"ll hope the next one has better materials or construction. The one priced similarly to this Nekteck seems like a weird design and is flat and not on an incline which I like about the Nekteck. Or Necktek. Or TechNek or whatever it is called. . I must say the rotating wheels themselves are solid and getting the job done.

    Awesome foot massager! My wife and I have a vibrating foot massager that we love, and this is a great complement to that one. The multiple massaging rollers/disks work great at hitting different parts of the foot. I like flipping the unit around to get different pressure points on my feet. I have used it for my back also and does a good job with that also. So, it really has multiple uses for massaging. The heater function is great, it takes a bit to get hot but than it really gets hot and feels so good. This massager is great, and I highly recommend for the functionality, durability, Quality and price.
