I love it
I bought it because I suffer from stomach pains very often, and the truth is I love it. And the best thing is that it turns off by itself in 2 hours in case you fall asleep using it.

Ordered two of these for Christmas based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews. One for myself and one for my college daughter who wanted one. I used one last night before bed IN my bed with no issue. After a while I set it on the floor next to the bed. Woke up at 2:30 am to the smell of burning and realized it was smoldering into my carpet. Pulled it off the carpet and the carpet was still smoldering. Had to cool it all down with lots of water. Ran into my daughter's room to unplug hers that she had used before bed. Hers was still cool thankfully. Not sure what happened, but the item was obviously defective. Even if I had left it on, it was apparent the auto shut off feature didn't work, and in fact caused the item to dangerously overheat! Now we may have to file an insurance claim to remediate the smoke and fire damage in our bedroom. All because of a $16 item. Tried to figure out how to contact the seller directly, but didn't find a way. I assume my insurance company will take up the matter. Beware!
