Small roasting pan, 14" long not 15"!!
I ordered the 15" roasting pan for our upcoming Thanksgiving. The listing says, "Large Turkey Roasting Pan" but upon receiving it, it is definitely NOT what I would consider as "large".I took photos of this roasting pan holding my 4-lb roasted chicken—check those out for an accurate bird-to-pan ratio.On top of that, this roasting pan is only 14" long, not 15" as stated in the listing. (I deducted 1 star for the incorrect dimensions).Other than the sizing being off, the pan feels decently strong. The metal is on the thinner side, which is a bit disappointing for the high price of this roasting unit.Also, the rack does not fill the entire length of the roasting pan, so it'll slide forward and back about 2". Something to be mindful of if your pulling a hot bird out of the oven and accidentally tip the pan, the bird will shift.

    This is a perfect roasting pan for a thanksgiving turkey or a Christmas roast. I got the small size pan which will fit a 12-15lb turkey after seeing the size I am thinking maybe I should have gotten the larger size that would fit a 18lb turkey but the roasting pan and racks are really sturdy and love the deep sides and sturdy handles for easy handling. I am looking forward to having a pan this year that will hold the turkey and all the drippings . Much much better than those flimsy aluminum pans that are good for one use before you toss. if you purchase this pan you will not be disappointed just make sure you get one for the size turkey or roast you plan on cooking.

    **update after thanksgiving. I still like it and glad I got it but there is a problem the chafing fuel cans will not fit under the chafing pan to keep it warm while it will fit it is so close the flame can not burn and you have to rely on the heated water you put in to keep it warm with out the fuel cans keeping it warm for that reason I down graded it to 4 stars

    I question what the pan is made of. It feels & weighs more like aluminum than stainless.
    I have a number of stainless pans that I cook with such as All-Clad, Cuisinart, Viking, and Pampered Chef, so I know quality cookware.

    I used this for a smaller 12 lb turkey, and there was plenty of room to spare. It's not super thick metal, but heavy enough that you can't bend it back & forth, like some pans. It also didn't discolor and get black spots all over like some of my cheaper pans. The turkey rack is very sturdy. The pan cleaned up very easily, but the rack was a pain to clean. No getting around that though. Racks are just a pain to clean. Overall, I'm happy with it!
