The 10,000 Lux brightness is just right — you can be in direct sunlight without the harmful UV rays. It emits gentle LED lighting and is convenient to adjust so that I easily get it aligned in the perfect position on my desk or nightstand.
So coumfortable the one touch operation. All you do is tap it for on and off (love it), and there is no fuss getting things set up. The first few days using it 20–30 mins first thing in the morning and I found a definite change in the daily energy and cognitive levels.
