I used it to tie up a large bone-in Prime Rib for New Year’s dinner. I cut the rib rack away prior to cooking in the oven, seasoned everything, and used this twine to tie the ribs back onto the meat to dry age in the fridge for 24-hour prior to cooking. The twine did great in the oven. At both the long 220 slow cook, and the final 500 degree reverse searing process it held strong. I would buy this product again. It did exactly as advertised. Very pleased.
