took off a star for packaging. it was just wrapped in plastic & a label stuck on it. I understand now how some reviews said theirs came messed up. no box or even padded envelope was used. as far as the bag, I really like it. I bought the size small for my daughter's dance makeup & there's not a whole lot of space left to add anything else. if I wanted one for personal use, I'd opt for the medium or even the large. the material is wipeable, which I like bc makeup can spill or get messy. the dividers & tray/insert are thick plastic, which I love, bc I have read reviews on others that say the dividers are flimsy & cardboard-ish. overall I like the quality & the concept. the bag came with the logo on it but I added the monogram.

I’m a flight attendant so I live out of my luggage when I’m on duty. My soft-sided bag was getting harder to find items with the clutter. This product was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I bought the medium hoping it would fit all my items in, and it did. I love the flexibility of the bottom organizer. Everything has its place, including brushes. The top compartment holds the “extras” that I may need when away from home. Yes, I fly with my own soap and you see I have extra contacts ready. The other feature that I am loving is the hinged straps that keep the case open at a 90 degree angle while on the counter. This will easily fit in my luggage and then transfer to a bathroom closet when I’m home.
