I bought this for my 8 year old, who loves the lights - even the wheels light up!
I am 160 pounds and also it supports me well.
The wheels are smooth, the steering is responsive, and so far the only durability issue is a crack on the side in the plastic that does not affect function, probably from rough play.
The colors are bright and fun . The lights have multiple sequences select a bowl with a button on the bottom. There is no kickstand. The grips are excellent and the construction is strong enough for a full grown adult yet the steering column is adjustable for very small children to enjoy.
And additional benefit to the lights is it makes the scooter highly visible at night to oncoming traffic.
