    EASY OPERATION-

    A simple tap of the power button located just above the gooseneck is all it takes to turn your Litespan on. A one-second tap is all you need. To dim the lamp, hold down on the power button while the lamp is on and it will start to run through its brightness gradient. When you get to the desired level, just let go.

    The Litespan smart technology will remember your choice the next time that you turn it on so that you don’t have to readjust it each time you restart your project. The light switch also stays lit with a soft, amber glow to help you see where the lamp is in the dark. It makes a convenient night light.

    BUILT-IN LED BULB-

    Our Litespan lamps come equipped with an energy efficient LED bulb. It is built into the lamps head for sturdiness, so it can't be replaced, but with its 15-20 year lifespan, you won't need to replace it.

    It has 12 watts, 2,000 lumens, and a cool white color temperature of 6,000k. Because of the built-in dimmer, the Litespan cannot be operated by external remotes, smart devices, or dimmers.

    Brightech Litespan LED Bright Reading and Craft Floor Lamp - Modern Standing Pole Light & Gooseneck

    PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS-

    The Litespan weighs just over 10 pounds, but is easily portable and can be moved from place to place. Its height can be adjusting by varying the angle of the gooseneck, and can reach a height anywhere between 42 and 53 inches. The base measures 9 x 10 inches, while the head is 10 x 7 inches.

    The On/Off switch is conveniently located at the top of the gooseneck near the light. The lamp is plugin operated and works with 110v - 220v outlets; you would just need to use a plug adapter to use it outside of the US, as the plug is made to fit standard US AC outlets.

    I love this lamp!!! It matches to my furniture and end tables. It fits our rustic Montana home. The on/off button is easy to reach which I love because it is extremely frustrating when I working on art projects and have to keep adjustting the over head light. It is easy to assemble and is sturdy. I have 2 German Shepherds. My male is 100lbs and my female is 95lhs so I needed a lamb that can with stand and accidental bump. The lamp base and light is set in 2 different directions making the stand sturdy and comfortable moving from place to place. The versatility of this lamp is endless. I had a clamp lamp that was a pain to use. So this is a perfect replacement for the price.

      I love this lamp. I keep it on my desk it has three light levels. It is a fairly compact size.       The packaging was protective so the contents all arrived in excellent condition. Its manual was written logically and the assembly was intuitive. In dark brown, the finish fit my décor well.

      The materials used were sturdy, the connections well-designed and its weighted base was sufficient to keep the lamp stable on low-pile carpeting. Its height was perfect for my chair's design, and the lamp's flexi head allowed for accurate positioning.

      The fixture itself was large enough to spread light over the reading area, but not so wide that the facing tv/monitor screen could pick up its reflection. Adjusting the light output was also intuitive, allowing a useable range of brightness. When off, the power button glows orange which allows it to be visually located easily, as well as by feel. Again, perfect.

      Longevity is the only unknown, but its build quality and component designs are encouraging. Recommended!

      I got the Coffee colored. They're like what used to be called tortoise shell. They look great as our living room is brick, gray, black and several shades of wood. I got 4 of these to cover the areas where we read. It took me less than an hour to put all 4 together. Easy. Be careful screwing the stem together though as it's very soft metal and you can cross-thread it. I recommend a dab of petroleum jelly on the threads. They look great and give good white light for reading. The electrical connection is different than I saw on the videos, much improved. The "switch" (button is on the head where it's easy to turn on and off. The button lights yellow when off; so it's easy to find at night. In fact with the 4 lights (2 side by side behind out theater seats and 1 on each end of our couch) they kind of look like some sort of alien creature when you walk into the dark room. :-)
